  • Primary Stars Football Tournament

    Tue 07 Feb 2023

On Tuesday 7th February, eight girls from Years 5 and 6 went to Watford Training Ground to play in the Primary Stars tournament. We visited the Watford media room where press conferences are held and training and game tactics are discussed before matches. We discussed the key themes of the tournament: be connected, be inspired, be ambitious and be fair. We discussed how important it is to follow these. We played 7 games throughout the day. We won one and scored 2 goals. It was an enjoyable day and a great opportunity to play football games against other schools. What a memorable experience to play on Watford Training Ground.

On 6th February the football team played against Greenway School in an away match. They had a great game, played well as a team and won 1:3.
