Year 3 had a fantastic time at Chiltern Open Air Museum, learning about Stone Age and Iron Age life. The children made flour, bread, clay pots and butter, as well as making fire and using a Mesolithic bow and arrow.
Year 4 enjoyed going to Chiltern Open Air Museum this week, bringing their new topic of Anglo-Saxons to life. They really enjoyed making brooches and writing runes on pottery.
Both classes were complimented on their excellent behaviour and their eagerness to learn! It is always lovely to hear these wonderful comments especially from people outside of school.
