Our Geography topic this term is closely linked to our Science explorations. We will look at the weather conditions in the Polar Regions and compare them to the weather that we experience in the UK. We will learn how animals live and adapt to the freezing cold conditions of the Arctic and Antarctic and the significance that food chains have to this survival. We will explore people who have made their homes in the Polar Regions and how they manage to thrive in these extreme places.
