Electric Umbrella Company
You may have seen the logo in town or heard about the Electric Umbrella Company. They create amazing, live, interactive music working along side disabled people in the local community. This means everyone and anyone can join in the fun! We certainly had fun when they visited Chambersbury yesterday to deliver their workshop ‘There is no such thing as normal’. All classes had the opportunity to join in with the Electric Umbrella members (and professional musicians) to be part of their performance. The Electric Umbrella’s workshop was about helping each other, learning to get along and bringing people together! Electric Umbrella empowers the entire school community to explore issues of equality, diversity and inclusion and celebrate difference.
