Today the school was a sea of colour as we raised money for Children in Need.
This week’s assemblies have all been focussed on charities. In Mrs Chapman's assembly on Wednesday, she demonstrated the differences in drinking water throughout the world and discussed why not everyone has access to clean water. We were shocked how some children have no choice but to drink from dirty water sources like rivers and streams. We also discussed National Toilet Day! This day aims to bring to everyone's attention that not all people have access to a toilet which can cause a range of health concerns and unsafe drinking water!
So far we have raised an amazing £245.61! Thank you to everyone who has donated!
