School Office

School Office

The school office is the main point of contact for parents and carers and is open each day from 8.10am to 4pm (8:10am-3:30pm Friday). Our friendly office team are happy to help with general enquiries and provide support to families.

If you need to leave a message outside of these hours, there is a 24-hour answerphone service available. Many school letters, forms and requests, including holiday and order forms, can be collected from the school office. Full contact details can be found below and on the contact details page.

Payments to School

We kindly ask parents to make payments online wherever possible using the Arbor app.

Parents can download the Arbor app from the App Store on iPhone or iPad devices, or from the Google Play Store on Android devices.

You can also access the Parent Portal online via the Arbor website.

Email and Text Messaging Service

The school office uses an email and text messaging service to keep parents informed about important information, including school events and closures. It is very important that parents keep the school office updated with any changes to mobile phone numbers or email addresses so that messages are received promptly.

Absences

If your child is unable to attend school due to illness, please inform the school office as soon as possible. Children should not be taken out of school during term time for holidays, as this can significantly disrupt their learning. In exceptional circumstances where absence is unavoidable please send an email to the school office.

Lateness

If your child arrives late to school, they should be brought to the school office. The office staff will then ensure your child is registered correctly and that any necessary arrangements, such as lunch orders, are made.

Emergency Contact Details

It is essential that the school holds up-to-date emergency contact information for every child. Children may become unwell during the school day or occasionally have an accident and we need to be able to contact a responsible adult quickly. Please inform the school office immediately if there are any changes to your contact details or emergency contacts.
