At Chambersbury Primary School, enrichment is at the heart of our vision to ensure every child has access to a rich world of experiences, regardless of their background or circumstances. We believe that school should provide opportunities for children to explore beyond their immediate environment, helping them to discover new places, develop talents, and build aspirations for the future. Our enrichment programme includes educational visits, visitors and workshops, sports festivals, outdoor learning, music, drama, art, leadership opportunities, and community projects. From museum visits and residential trips to Young Voices, school productions, Healthy Living Week, Science Week, Art Week and competitive sports, every child is given the chance to take part in memorable and meaningful experiences. We also ensure disadvantaged pupils have equal access through Pupil Premium funding, so financial barriers never prevent participation. Through enrichment, we aim to build cultural capital, confidence, resilience, teamwork and ambition, ensuring all pupils leave Chambersbury with not only strong academic foundations but also the curiosity and confidence to succeed in the wider world.
