Day 1 - Monday

The journey took around 4 hours.  Once got here we had a tour of the site, we had lunch and settled in.  Then we got to see our rooms and unpacked.  We went the Nature Reserve and did some shelter building.  We had to make sure we worked as a team, communicated well and make a den which was secure and safe.  We had to sell our dens by saying what was good and what we could improve.  We then got to cool off in a pond by splashing out.

This evening we went for a walk to the highest point in the mendips around here.  We could see for miles around including the Bristol Channel.

Our first day here has been exciting.
