Breakfast Club

Chambersbury Breakfast Club

Our breakfast club is a great beginning to any pupils school day.  We open at 8 am and our first priority is to ensure that pupils are given a good breakfast to begin their day.  We believe that this is key for them to engage and excel in their school day.

Once they have eaten our children are able to take part in numerous activities throughout the week.  We work on a rota system where every year group will take part in every activity offered during the week.  Mr Yoxall makes sure that the activities change every week for every year group.  The only day that this does not happen is a Friday which is Free Choice day!  This is the day where we get out all of the weeks activities (plus add a few more) and the children are allowed to choose where they would like to be active that morning.

The numbers at breakfast club have risen significantly since the beginning of the year and we are now averaging over 30 pupils per day in breakfast club.  This is fantastic to see our pupils in school and beginning their day well.

Please look below at some of the photo's we have taken of our children taking part in breakfast club.
